Morellino di Scansano DOC, 13,5% Vol.

Sangiovese grapes (85%) and Alicante and Malvasia Nera
(15%), is vinified in red, hold for at least 15 days in contact
with the grapes, as well as having its selection “in”
homonymous vineyard, the ‘is aged in small oak barrels from
Slavonia 5.5 hl. This allows accurate processing to achieve
significant balance of taste and smell.

Colour: Ruby red with shades of pinkish;

Bouquet: Intense, ethereal and elegant, its bouquet is full of
currant jam in the background of tannin appropriate;

Taste: dry, full-bodied, tannic, harmonious broad and
remarkable persistence;

Evolution: may well mature for at least 5/6 years after harvest

Serving suggestions: is recommended for read meat and
important courses.
