Maremma Toscana DOC 11,5% vol

Vinified in white-controlled fermentation from grapes harvested in late
August or early September. Grapes: Trebbiano (80%), Verdelho, Malvasia
Bianca and Sauvignon (20%);

Color: clear, very pale yellow discharge

Bouquet: ethereal significantly with clean scents of sour rennet;

Taste: savory, sour and slightly fruity Trebbiano grapes affected by types
from which it is derived;

Pairings: Recommended as an aperitif and pasta dishes or seafood
